Interface managing Omnitel insurance. (Inserting, Updating, Cancelling)

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• ActivateInsurance
  Creates a new policy for Omnitel. (Or activates a previously cancelled policy if the Msisdn exists in a previously cancelled policy)
• DeactivateInsurance
  Cancels an Omnitel insurance
• UpdateInsurance
  Updates an existing policy for Omnitel
